Returns & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If you experience an issue, we're here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If items are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us within 3 business days of receipt by emailing sally@aviver.com.ph with your order number and photos.

Eligible Returns:
Returns are accepted for the following:

• Incorrect items shipped

• Products with manufacturing defects

Returns for change of mind or over-ordering are not accepted due to the nature of our B2B sales agreements.

Return Process:
Once approved, we will coordinate the return or replacement. Credit notes or refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after returned goods are received and inspected.

For goods damaged in transit by third-party couriers, please inform us so we can raise a dispute. Goods damaged by couriers are not covered by our return and refund policy and will be settled by the delivery service provider. All goods shipped by Aviver International Corporation are packaged securely with bubble wrap and styrofoam prior to shipping to ensure it arrives at the destination without issues.

Shipping Policy

We offer reliable, efficient shipping for all wholesale orders locally and internationally.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

• Provincial/remote areas: 5–10 business days

• International: Contact our team for more information.

Please note: Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, order volume, and courier capacity during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination. Final shipping costs will be confirmed at checkout or upon invoice.

Freight Forwarding or Pickup:
